ITA To Speak At Oak Park Library Tax Planning Sessions

Buffalo Grove/ Oak Park, Ill. (January 12, 2005) - ITA representative, Tyrone Wideman, will serve as the guest speaker for three upcoming tax planning sessions for small business at the Oak Park Public Library.

Wideman will be the guest speaker at three separate sessions that will focus on Entity Structure/Asset Protection, Succession Planning and Valuation Services for small businesses.

On February 8th, the Entity Structure/Asset Protection Seminar will concentrate on S-Corp versus C-Corp, income, taxes and the advantages and disadvantages of each. Wideman will also discuss sole proprietorships versus partnerships and limited liabilities.

On March 8th, the Succession Planning Seminar will provide an introduction to basic estate planning, family member and third party involvement issues.

The April 12th Valuation Services Seminar will help attendees find out how to determine the worth of their businesses.

"Speaking at tax planning sessions for small business provides us the opportunity to share ITA’s knowledge with the community and assist them with professional advice," said Wideman.

The Oak Park Public Library Seminars are being held at 834 Lake Street in Oak Park, Illinois and begin at 7:00 P.M. Interested attendees should contact the Oak Park Public Library at 708-383-8200 to reserve a seat. These seminars are free and open to the public.
