Minimum Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate has 5 or more years experience as a sales professional developing business and
establishing long-term relationships with medium and large corporate clients. A bachelor's degree in
a business related discipline is strongly preferred. IBA employees are
driven to be the best. In addition, you will need executive presence, extraordinary
interpersonal skills and strong business acumen.
Position Description:
The Major Account Executive position involves extensive client development, prospecting and business
to business service selling. Major Account Executives participate in intense training and development
to continually improve their ability to provide value and benefit for IBA-USA clients. We offer a

Full time employees are eligible for coverage after 90 days of continuous employment. If offered
